FAQ

What is Foundation?

A 90-day guided journal for men. Each day has a morning page and an evening page of questions, with ruled lines to answer them.

Is it the same questions every day?

No. The questions change across the ninety days. Morning and evening come at each day's subject from different sides.

How long does it take each day?

There's no set time. Answer the morning questions before the day starts and the evening questions before it ends.

What are the reviews?

Every seventh day is a weekly reflection: you read back over the week before you answer. Days 30, 60 and 90 are monthly reviews. The review days are part of the ninety days, not extra days.

What happens at the end?

Before Day One you describe the man in the mirror exactly as he is. At the end you answer the same questions again and compare.

What is the book like?

A 7 x 10 in hardcover, 208 pages, in black woven cloth with the title in gold foil.

How much is it?

A$59.95.

When can I buy it?

Foundation isn't on sale yet. No payment or preorder is taken before release. Join the email list on the homepage to become a founding reader: you'll hear 48 hours before anyone else, with A$10 off for the first 72 hours after launch.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Canada. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders outside Australia may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by the destination country, paid on delivery.

Do you ship to the United States?

Not yet, but it's coming soon. We're setting up US delivery so duties are handled up front and nothing is charged at your door. Join the email list on the homepage and you'll hear the moment it opens.

Can I return it?

Yes. Unused, unmarked books can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and faulty books are always covered. See the Returns policy for details.

Is this therapy?

No. Foundation is a journal of questions, not a substitute for professional help. If you're struggling, talk to your doctor, or in Australia call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
